For day-to-day handling, orders for portable rocking chairs, beach chairs, stadium seating, stationary outdoor chairs, portable shade products, outdoor kitchen stations, portable tables, outdoor seating accessories, and product bundles can be sent wherever the checkout process confirms service. Some destinations or products may be unavailable because of carrier or legal restrictions.

Before dispatch

Under this guidance, we generally need 1–2 business days to prepare an order. The customer is responsible for entering a complete address, working email, and accurate phone number. Shipping cost and any free-delivery eligibility are finalized at checkout.

After dispatch

To avoid uncertainty, carrier travel commonly takes an estimated 3–5 business days, although the estimate is not a promise. Tracking is provided when available. Holidays, severe weather, unusually high volume, customs, and carrier disruptions can cause delays.
